Questions are a great way of learning more about someone, connecting intimately with others and digging deep *as long as you are open to listening to the answers*.

 

We ask questions when we have a desire to really understand what makes a person tick. But how often do you stop and ask YOURSELF questions?

 

Actually scratch that…we probably ask ourselves a million questions every day. Why do I keep doing that? When am I ever going to learn? Why am I still in this job if I hate it? Why do I let people treat me that way?

 

Verbalizing questions is one thing – taking the time to answer them is yet another.

 

Here in this post you will find 150 questions that you absolutely need to ask yourself today. Or should I be more clear and say YOU NEED TO ACTUALLY ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS TODAY.

Why? Because you absolutely deserve to know the answers.  You deserve to live a fabulous life but nothing will change for the better if you don’t change.

So make a date with yourself, grab a piece of paper and take the time to get to better know the most important person in your life – YOU! 

 

P.S Please, please, please don’t say it’s a great idea and then forget to do it later. You know later often never comes. It isn’t enough to think the answers in your head either  – say them out loud or write them down onto paper. Writing things down makes it real.
